Chief Executive Officer

Adam is the recently appointed CEO of Insignia International—having joined the company in November of 2023 after a successful 17-year career at Kraft Heinz where he spearheaded the transformation of many of their U.S. brands. He served as President of multiple business units in the U.S. representing the full breadth of the KHC portfolio, and most recently led the No. 2 Global Kraft Heinz market by accelerating topline, margin, market share, and employee engagement growth as the CEO of Kraft Heinz Canada. Butler sat in positions of senior leadership over brands including Kraft Mac & Cheese®, Lunchables®, Planters®, Capri Sun®, Delimex®, Ore-Ida®, Maxwell House®, Kool-Aid® and Bagel Bites®, among others. Prior to Kraft Heinz, Adam led multiple quantitative modeling, optimization and sales / marketing resource allocation initiatives in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology space as a consultant with ZS Associates.

Adam joined Insignia International (formerly Flagship Food Group) as the company entered a new chapter of growth and expansion of its brands, products, and facilities and immediately launched the rebranding efforts of the company into Insignia International and initiated the acquisition of new brands.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University), graduating both with academic distinction. He is a proud husband and father of two active boys, and loves to travel, cook, and do anything outdoors.

Chief Operating Officer

Scott brings more than thirty-five years of manufacturing, procurement and S&OP excellence to Insignia International. At Kraft-Heinz, where he had ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day operations of multiple manufacturing arms and regions of the business, he and Adam Butler, Insignia’s CEO, worked together closely for over a dozen years.

Before his appointment as COO at Insignia, Scott became familiar with Insignia through Adam and instantly recognized the potential of the company to continue in its evolution as a top-tier player in food manufacturing. Already, Scott has transformed his sphere of influence in the company by reshaping Insignia’s structure, attracting additional talent and by introducing both tried and true and state of the art improvements to its domestic and international facilities.

Tuhin Halder
Chief Financial Officer

Tuhin most recently served as Comcast’s Vice President of Finance and Business Operations in the Mountain West, a $4.5B business region with 2.7 million customers encompassing four states. Before Comcast and after a successful tenure at Deloitte, he ran a $700MM branch of Grupo Bimbo. Tuhin was born and raised in India and earned an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan. Outside work, he admires art, hikes fourteeners and loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and daughter.

Jason Parasco
Chief Sales Officer

Before joining Insignia, Jason served as Senior Vice President, Head of Sales at Sovos Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOVO) and as Chief Commercial Officer at Fly By Jing, a leading premium Asian food brand. At Sovos he helped drive the rapid rise of Rao’s Homemade, Noosa Yoghurt, and Michael Angelo’s brands during his nearly six years with the company. More recently Jason led the commercialization charge with major distribution gains for the emerging brand of Fly By Jing.

Jason is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he studied Economics and played lacrosse. After graduation, Jason served in the US Navy as a Naval Supply Corps Officer, and Insignia is grateful for his service and dedication to the armed forces.

Vikram Singh
Chief Growth Officer

Vikram’s twenty-year career in consumer-packaged goods has spanned five continents and broad functions ranging from Sales to Marketing, Strategy, Innovation and General Management. This vast and varied experience has crystallized Vikram’s command of marketing output and building brands. Of critical importance, Vikram has shown a unique aptitude for assembling and motivating his teams to deliver these results in varied CPG categories.

After studying Engineering in college, Vikram earned an MBA in India and began his business career at Unilever where he rapidly rose to become the Senior Global Brand Director of Dove. Then Vikram joined Kraft Heinz as CMO of their Indian division and moved to Chicago a couple of years later. His latest position was VP Marketing & Strategy at Kraft Heinz US where he worked to reinvent brands like Planters, Lunchables and Mac & Cheese among others, enhancing their relevance and appeal to today’s consumers. Vikram understands bringing people together for a common purpose and leads from the bottom up.

Head of Procurement and Logistics
Rebecca de Sa
Head of Procurement and Logistics

Rebecca leads Insignia’s Procurement and Logistics functions across all business units. She joined Insignia after a distinguished career at McKinsey & Company, where she co-founded the firm’s Culinary Excellence Center. There, Rebecca led ‘seed-to-fork’ work in food supply chains, strategy, product development, and sustainability for manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.

Prior to McKinsey, Rebecca worked at PepsiCo where she won the Galaxy Award for R&D Excellence and developed the company’s first sustainable farming programs for the global supply chain.

Rebecca began her career as a land use change researcher in the Brazilian Amazon. She holds an AB in Engineering from Brown University and a Master of Environmental Management degree from the Yale School of the Environment. Married with two daughters, Rebecca resides in Denver, Colorado.

Mayank Singh
Head of R&D and Quality

With over two decades of leadership in R&D and Quality, Mayank Singh joined Insignia in 2023 following the acquisition of Yucatan from Curation Foods. At Curation, Mayank was instrumental in driving innovation for the “O Olive” Olive oils & vinegars, and “Yucatan” and “Cabo Fresh” guacamole brands. He led the commercialization of Insignia’s groundbreaking squeeze guacamole products – the only ones of their kind on the market and several craft salsas under 505SW brand. Additionally, he helped qualify High-Pressure Processing (HPP) on Yucatan’s guacamole lines, enhancing food safety and extending shelf life without compromising on fresh flavor.

Before joining Insignia and Curation Foods, Mayank led R&D team for Global markets at Conagra Brands, where he played a pivotal role in driving product innovation across multiple categories worldwide. At Leprino Foods, he further distinguished himself by receiving several patents for his work in Dairy science. His academic achievements include winning several Product Development competitions while pursuing a M.S. in Food Science/Chemical Engineering at Cornell University.

Outside of R&D lab, Mayank is an avid road cyclist and scuba diver, exploring both land and sea with equal passion. He’s married with two teenage sons.
